15 weeks, 33 minutes.

My heart stings like it was 10 minutes ago.

"I am worn out from groaning; all night long, I flood my bed with weeping and drench my couch with tears." Psalms 6:6 (NIV)

  4. So many are crying as well. It doesn't ease the burden that you're living with every second of every day, but know that others carry it for you, too. I haven't been able to go to bed since I read this. Hoping that you somehow made enough peace with the pain for tonight that you can face another tomorrow.

  5. I can relate...just know that I'm sending a little sunshine your way. I know the anxiety of yellow fish is also flooding your soul. Just wish there were more I could do to comfort you.

Much Love and I prayed for you today...

    xoxo

  6. Dear Heavenly Father,
I bring before you Lori, John, and their entire family. Reveal yourself to them today and in the days to come. Continue to surround them with loving family and friends. Help them to take each minute as it comes, in your loving arms. Thank you for the impact their lives, and the life of Matthew, have had on so many, many people. Amen

  7. Though I lose my petals

    I am still a flower.

    We grow together,

    in a garden bed

    of ash and tears,

    heartbreak and love.

    Whispered support blows

    towards our delicate beauty,

    crying nourishes our shared roots,

and the warmth of our compassion

heals the winter of our grief.

Though we have lost a petal,

    we are still flowers,

    lush and full together

    in a garden of hope.
