You know what kills me?

Waiting to pick up a prescription and seeing little boys ranging from newborn to two in outfits I spent last year buying for Matthew.

Trying not to cry thinking about how much I miss my baby boy.

Not really caring that I just couldn't stop.

Thinking of you guys and of Matthew. I told his story today...such a precious boy. Hope you don't mind that I shared it with someone.

  8. Man there is no other word for that - it just plain old stinks. Thinking of you and your sweet boy...and sending you hope and love for your future to help get you to tomorrow.

  9. I am so sorry, Lori. That hurts and stings.

I remember the first time I saw a baby with the blanket that I bought for my baby's coming home...it became her going home blanket. It was so hard.

    Loving you...

  10. Lori,
Just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you. You and Hubby have been in my prayers and your sister too. I hope this weekend hasn't been too hard on you. Sending you many many hugs and lots of love right now.

  11. That straight up *sucks* - no other way to say it. Sorry about those moments and how there's no way you can be prepared for them. Definitely thinking of you, and all the other mamas with children in Heaven, as the stores start to fill up with Mother's Day stuff...the holiday takes on such a different tone after learning your stories.
